The goal was to create a new, inviting, and accessible retail experience for RadioShack that facilitated early adoption of new technologies.
The result was an inviting, fun-to-spend-time-in, product-rich store that was easy to navigate and understand. The media rich store concept was developed Lippincott Mercer in NY. Utilizing state of the art media and interactive technologies, StoreOne encouraged hands-on interaction with products through in-store demonstrations, electronic kiosks that tracked customer preferences through RFID, and "plain talk" product graphics. R3 Productions worked with Fallon Interactive and Spark Media to develop content for (13) product kiosks as well as in-store, branded media programming that created a kinetic, vibrant energy in the store.
