Fleet Bank sought to communicate with its customers in an environment where they could take immediate action. Together with Interbrand, R3 created an in-branch multi-media program that included original content in addition to broadcasting financial news. Media content was targeted by store location and choreographed within each branch over multiple playback devices depending on time of day, traffic patterns and message points. Content was updateable via the Internet from a centralized location with some limited branch specific programming. The result was a dynamic environment and unprecedented access to information by the consumer.
